    As a Georgetown University trained and ICF Certified Executive Leadership Coach, with a Doctorate in Management and Organizational Leadership, and a global professional portfolio, I am uniquely skilled to help optimize your organization, improve employee engagement and enhance both reputation and performance.

     

    My leadership coaching, training, consulting and facilitation methodology incorporates a deep understanding of individual needs, adult learning theory, organizational dynamics, conflict resolution and strategic planning. I excel in my craft by helping others discover their leadership capability though focused exploration of a broad array of leadership topics while building confidence in their competence as leaders, managers and influencers.

I've served as a leader, manager, and influencer during a variety of international and domestic assignments within the U.S. Defense and Intelligence community, and I understand the complex challenges faced by today’s global leaders working across cultural, generational and functional differences.
