  • A former systems engineer turned strategic advisor, Dr. Tina Carroll-Garrison brings over 30 years of experience building leadership systems that scale with clarity, culture, and confidence. Her OS5™ Leadership Operating System helps high-growth companies move from reactive to ready—especially during periods of expansion, transition, or pre-exit pressure.

    She’s held senior leadership roles with the U.S. Army and FBI, including as Deputy Garrison Commander for U.S. Army installations in Virginia and Belgium, and Unit Chief for Capital Planning at FBI Headquarters. These real-world experiences—combined with deep academic and executive education—inform her no-fluff approach to building scalable leadership infrastructure.
