Overview: In mission-driven, public-facing organizations, the difference between friction and flow is rarely technical — it's how people communicate, adapt, and hold each other accountable. This two-hour virtual workshop covers ten core soft skills essential to precision-driven, high-visibility environments where civilian and military personnel work side by side. Using the SCALE™ methodology, participants practice each skill against scenarios from their own context, so behaviors transfer to the next shift, not just the session.
The ten skills: communication, active listening, emotional intelligence, teamwork, adaptability, problem-solving, priority management, professionalism and accountability, conflict de-escalation, and service orientation.
